Join Jonah on Sunday, March 19th at 11:00 AM for this 60-minute, mixed-levels hatha flow class with a focus on heart-opening, joyful movement and community connection. Expect to break a sweat and to also slow down, savor, and refine your technique. Mats and props are already provided in the sweet, stained-glass-windowed third floor studio space in the Sixth Street Community Center.

Jonah’s yoga practice has been a sweet journey and he is honored to help light the path for others. As a white, Jewish guest to South Asian traditions and cultures, he aims to approach yoga with an attitude of humility and grateful service. Having recently completed his teacher training in Southeast Asia, Jonah is deeply grateful to Bo & Shirley Srey for their generous mentorship.

This class is “pay what you can” and no one will be turned away due to inability to pay. That said, please pay at the highest tier that you can afford in order to support Camp Kinderland and  to help cover the cost of the non-profit studio space. Class capacity is 20. If tickets do not sell out online in advance of the class, you may pay cash in-person on the day of. We cannot guarantee that there will be space for anyone who did not reserve their spot ahead of time.

Please arrive at the Sixth Street Community Center, located at 638 E 6th St, New York, NY 10009, on Sunday, March 19th at 11:00AM to check in with Jonah in the lobby.
